Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Mild AD patients who were hospitalized or outpatient in the Department of Neurology of the Affiliated Brain Hospital of Nanjing Medical University were included. All subjects met the diagnostic criteria (NIAAA diagnostic criteria) issued by the National Institute of aging (NIA) and Alzheimer's Association (AA) in 2011; 2. MCI patients who were hospitalized or outpatient in the Department of Neurology of the Affiliated Brain Hospital of Nanjing Medical University were included. All subjects met Petersen's MCI diagnostic criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. there are other factors such as cerebrovascular diseases, metabolic diseases, infectious diseases, malignant tumors and other factors that cause cognitive impairmentb; 2. Complicated with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 3. Have implanted medical devices, epilepsy, history of mental illness and related family history or other TMS treatment.
