Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The admission diagnosis of preeclampsia is in accordance with the guidelines for pregnancy induced hypertension diseases of Chinese Medical Association - 2020 edition formulated by the obstetrics and Gynecology branch of Chinese Medical Association: Preeclampsia: after 20 weeks of pregnancy, the systolic blood pressure = 140 mmHg and / or diastolic blood pressure = 90 mmHg, accompanied by any of the following items: urinary protein quantity = 0.3 g / 24 h, or urinary protein / creatinine ratio = 0.3, Or random urinary protein = + (inspection method for unconditional protein quantification); There is no proteinuria, but any of the following organs or systems are involved: heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organs, or abnormal changes of blood system, digestive system and nervous system, placenta and fetus are involved, etc. Preeclampsia can also occur postpartum.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria (any of the following): ? insufficient diagnostic evidence of pregnancy induced hypertension in medical history; ? No 24-hour urine protein test record before delivery; ? Incomplete laboratory and auxiliary examination; ? Patients with medical diseases with proteinuria as clinical manifestation (such as systemic lupus erythematosus, kidney disease, antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody associated vasculitis, etc.)
