Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subject will anticipate a colonoscopy at our institution; 2. Subject is between 18 and 70 years of age, regardless of gender; 3. Consent has been given.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subject suffering?from?severe?mental?disorder; 2. Subject presenting with serious intestinal diseases (acute enteritis and ischemic bowel disease, intestinal stenosis, obstruction, intestinal bleeding, etc); 3. Subject presenting with contraindications to colonoscopy (anus and rectum have severe suppurative inflammation, peritonitis, intestinal perforation, extensive adhesions in the abdominal cavity, and intestinal stenosis resulting from various causes, etc); 4. Subject presenting with severe liver, kidney, heart, brain, lung dysfunction or neurological diseases and cannot tolerate colonoscopy treatment; 5. Subject who are in their menstrual cycle, pregnancy, or breastfeeding; 6. Subject with drug allergies and allergies to other components used in the trial; 7. Subject with skin lesion at the to-be-treated auricular acupoints or allergy to the ear adhesive.
