Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-70 years old; 2. Upper urinary calculi with diameter <= 4 cm; 3. ECOG performance status (PS) 0-1; 4. Patients with normal renal function or renal insufficiency stage I ~II; 5. Subjects voluntarily participated in this study, voluntarily accepted conventional ureteral guiding sheath or flexible ureteral guiding sheath surgery and signed informed consent with good compliance and follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with any of the following conditions cannot be enrolled in this study: 1. Aged 70 years; 2. Patients with previous surgical treatment history of ipsilateral urinary calculi; 3. patients with known ureteral stricture, severe deformity, and renal anatomic abnormalities; 4. patients with severe urinary tract infection or renal abscess, severe hydronephrosis, and coagulation disorders; 5. Patients with severe heart disease and lung insufficiency who cannot tolerate surgery.
