Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients underwent open heart surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass from January 2022 to May 2022 2. Age 18-75 years; 3. Patients who choose to have Valve replacement; 4. Elective heart surgery using vasoactive agents prior to the opening of the ascending aorta, alternatively, patients undergoing elective cardiac surgery using vasoactive agents should be guided by cardiac output monitoring after invasive arterial pressure waveform monitoring following a repulse.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Younger than 18 or older than 75; 2. Patients with severe heart failure awaiting transplant; 3. People who are HIV positive or have major organ failure; 4. Pregnant and lactating patients. 5. People with autoimmune diseases;
