Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 60 to 80 years old; 2. Permanent residents of the community; 3. Completion of junior high school or above; 4. Risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 5. In addition to cardiovascular disease risk, at least 2 risk factors should be present: obesity, low level of physical activity, excessive alcohol consumption, current smoking, depressive/anxiety symptoms, level of psychological stress, loneliness/social isolation, and chronic cardiovascular/metabolic disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to participate in intervention activities due to limited physical functions; 2. Cognitive impairment; 3. Severe negative emotional symptoms; 4. In the acute stage of cardiovascular disease.
