Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Coronary angiography or coronary CTA examination was performed to confirm coronary atherosclerosis; 2. Routine drug therapy for coronary atherosclerosis after admission (statins, clopidogrel, aspirin, low molecular weight heparin, etc.).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Received percutaneous coronary intervention or coronary artery bypass grafting in the past; 2. Combined with coronary myocardial bridge and congenital coronary anomaly; 3. Complicated with acute myocardial infarction; 4. Combined with valvular heart disease; 5. Combined with major underlying diseases: blood system diseases , tumor, autoimmune disease, severe hepatic insufficiency (Child-PughB, C), severe renal insufficiency (CKD3, 4, 5), systemic immune disease, heart failure, cerebral hemorrhage.
