18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. No SonoVue contrast agent allergic history; 2. Those who have a definite history of coronary heart disease or clinically suspected CHD and intend to undergo myocardial SPECT; 3. Patients who know the research process, voluntarily participate in and sign the informed consent form; 4. Clear mind and can cooperate with inspection; 5. The age ranged from 18 to 70 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are allergic to SonoVue contrast agent; 2. Patients with congenital heart disease and severe pulmonary hypertension; 3. Heart failure and ventricular arrhythmia; 4. Patients with pulmonary embolism and adult respiratory distress syndrome; 5. Pregnant women.
