40 Years to 78 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. meeting the American Diabetes Association (ADA) diagnostic criteria for diabetes in 2021; 2. meeting the diagnostic criteria for a grade 0 diabetic foot in Wagner's classification; 3. age >= 18 years and able to participate in exercise.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. gestational diabetes; 2. ongoing participation in other clinical trials; 3. concomitant severe cardiovascular disease and inability to tolerate exercise; 4. experience with lower extremity vascular surgery and foot amputation; 5. dementia or cognitive impairment.
