Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients with chronic hepatitis B who were diagnosed as the first treatment of chronic hepatitis B according to the guidelines for the prevention and treatment of chronic hepatitis B (2019 Edition); 2. 18-80 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. alcohol consumption > 30 g / day; 2. receiving lipogenic drugs, including corticosteroids, antiarrhythmic drugs, anticancer drugs and methotrexate; 3. infection with hepatitis A, C, D or E virus and human immunodeficiency virus; 4. other liver diseases, including autoimmune liver disease, drug-induced liver injury and hereditary metabolic liver disease; 5. Severe liver disease (decompensated cirrhosis or HCC).
