Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Part I and Part II Research 1. Critically ill patients admitted to ICU; 2. APACHE II score >= 8 points; 3. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Part I Research 1. Age 30 kg/m^2; 7. Those with a renal cortex to skin surface depth of more than 8 cm; 8. And structurally normal kidneys on traditional renal ultrasound. Part II Research 1. Age 30 kg/m^2; 7. Those with a renal cortex to skin surface depth of more than 8 cm; 8. And structurally normal kidneys on traditional renal ultrasound; 9. Mean arterial pressure 100 mmHg,or norepinephrine or epinephrine usage > 1ug/kg.min; 10. Internal pressure increase significantly (>= 12mmHg).
