Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Agree to participate in the study; 2. Stay in the ICU for more than 72 hours; 3. When the patient is transferred out of the ICU, the patient is conscious, can communicate, has normal vision and hearing, and can complete all cognitive training and scale measurements; 4. In the exclusion criteria outside.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cognitive or neurodegenerative disease that renders the patient unable to live independently, including psychiatric illness requiring hospitalization, acquired or congenital mental retardation, known brain injury, traumatic brain injury resulting in moderate to severe cognitive impairment Cerebrovascular accident, Parkinson's disease, Huntington's disease, severe Alzheimer's disease, or dementia of any cause, depending on cognitive deficits or assessment of ability of daily living (ADL). 2. Suspected hypoxic injury and admitted to ICU after cardiopulmonary resuscitation; 3. Active substance abuse or psychiatric disorder, or recent (within the past 6 months) severe suicidal posture requiring hospitalization; 4. Blind, deaf or unable to speak Chinese; 5. Excessive moribund, not expected to live for another 24 hours and/or discontinued life support; 6. Patients who live outside Mianyang City and cannot visit regularly.
