Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy at full term (37 to 41 weeks) single; 2. The age of 18 to 34 years old primipara; 3. Epidural labor analgesia with uterine orifice opening 2~3cm; 4. The estimated fetal size was 2500g~4000g, and fetal position and heart monitoring were normal; 5. There was no reproductive tract malformation and no serious pregnancy complications; 6. willing participant.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Bladder filling or continuous catheterization before epidural labor analgesia; 2. People with communication disabilities.
