Vascular replacement group:Allograft replacement of portal vein system invaded by pancreatic cancer

18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-75 years old, regardless of gender; 2. Preoperative imaging examination showed that important abdominal veins were invaded or damaged; 3. There was no invasion of celiac trunk, superior mesenteric artery and other important arteries before operation; 4. There was no distant organ metastasis such as liver and lung; 5. There were no contraindications such as cardiopulmonary surgery; 6. PS score 0-2 copies; 7. The estimated survival time before operation was more than 6 months; ( 8. The patients and their families agreed to the study protocol and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Radical operation was abandoned because of distant metastasis during operation; 2. Radical operation was abandoned due to the invasion of important arteries such as celiac trunk and superior mesenteric artery; 3. Intraoperative evaluation does not require the use of allogeneic vein reconstruction; 4. Patients and their families refused the study protocol and asked to withdraw.
