Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. CBP valve replacement and coronary artery bypass grafting under direct vision; 2. Age >18; 3. ASA II - IV level; 4. NYHA II/ III level; 5. BMI18-30 kg/m^2; 6. Those who voluntarily agree to participate in the experiment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have a history of neurological or mental illness; 2. The MMSE score was lower than 24; 3. Pregnant or likely to be pregnant; 4. Suffering from language impairment and/or severe hearing impairment and/or visual impairment; 5. Long-term use of sedatives and/or antidepressants and/or long-term use of opioids; 6. Emergency patients; 7. Serious liver and kidney diseases; 8. After neurosurgery; 9. Chronic alcoholism.
