Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. CBP valve replacement and coronary artery bypass grafting under direct vision; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. ASA II - ? level; NYHA II- ? level; 4. Ability to participate in neuropsychological tests and interview; 5. Clearly understand, volunteer to participate in the trial and sign an informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of neuropsychiatric disorders or personal history of intellectual disabilities or speech and cognitive impairment; 2. Uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, tumors, or blood history; 3. Long-term use of psychoactive drugs; 4. Preoperative complication was severe hepatic and renal insufficiency.
