Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elders with MCI who are with or without preclinical AD by screening in the second year study; 2. Participants wont be out of the country during the study period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Go abroad during the intervention; 2. Refuse to sign consent.
