Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who met the lung cancer diagnosis criteria in the Chinese Code for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Lung cancer (2015 edition), were diagnosed after pathological examination, had indications for surgical treatment, and underwent thoracoscopic single lobectomy + lymph node dissection; 2. Complete clinical data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Radiotherapy and chemotherapy or immunosuppressants were used before enrollment; 2. Have a history of infection or antibiotics 2 weeks before admission; 3. with two or more than two sites of infection; 4. complicated with blood system diseases or other malignant tumors; 5. with heart, liver, kidney and other serious organ dysfunction; 6. Incomplete clinical data.
