Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Liver resection was performed in all patients; 2. Patients with an elevated bilirubin concentration in the drainage fluid on postoperative days 1 and 2 and a high suspicion of biliary leakage or those with a drainage fluid bilirubin concentration of 3 times the serum bilirubin concentration and above; 3. Those who met the diagnostic criteria for biliary leakage were determined to have a drain fluid bilirubin concentration on or after the third postoperative day that was three times the serum bilirubin concentration and above; 4. Patients without systemic serious diseases such as heart, lung and brain were excluded before and after operation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with no drain placed after hepatic resection; 2. Patients with biliary leakage after non-hepatectomy; 3. Patients performing complex surgery with concomitant partial hepatectomy, such as those performing surgery for hilar cholangiocarcinoma.
