Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with sarcopenia diagnosed according to the 2019 Asian consensus on diagnosis and treatment of sarcopenia (see Figure 2); 2. Age between 60 and 80 years old; 3. 18.5 <= BMI< 28 kg/m^2; 4. No long-term and regular exercise training before the study (less than 3 times a week and less than 30 minutes each time in recent 3 months); 5. 0.95< Ankle brachial index(ABI)< 1.3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from severe metabolic diseases; 2. Unable to understand and complete the test; 3. Had a history of varicose veins, pulmonary embolism, or deep vein thrombosis, severe osteoporosis and hypertension (>160/100mm Hg), and a history of anemia, cerebrovascular disease, myocardial infarction, and arthroscopic joint surgery; 4. Inability to participate in sports for various reasons.
