Intervention group:1. Face-to-face: Teaching the main part of the care skills and knowledge strategies, covering physiological (radiotherapy, stoma care, diet care, exercise and rest regulation, etc.)

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with diagnosed colorectal cancer; 2. Spousal caregivers who performed most of the work during the disease; 3. Patients and spousal caregivers who had no speech communication impairment and volunteered to participate in the study; 4. Patients and their caregivers who were either proficient in using smartphones.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Colorectal cancer patients or their spousal caregivers either of whom is unaware of the diagnosis; 2. Non-spousal caregivers; 3. Caregivers with serious physical and psychological illnesses themselves.
