Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 18 years; 2. Newly diagnosed single primary lung adenocarcinoma that has not been treated; 3. No cardiovascular disease (systolic blood pressure < 180 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure < 110 mmHg), diabetes (fasting blood glucose < 7.0 mmol/L) and other underlying diseases; 4. Voluntarily sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. During pregnancy or breastfeeding; 2. Currently suffering from febrile illness; 3. Acute attack requiring drug treatment within 14 days before blood draw; 4. Those who have received organ transplantation or bone marrow stem cell transplantation; 5. Previous or current treatment for any cancer; 6. Blood transfusion within 30 days before study blood collection; 7. Those who are unable to cooperate in completing the survey due to reading and communication barriers.
