Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 60 years; 2. The time of living in nursing home is less than 30 months; 3. Have communication ability; 4. Voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cognitive impairment (SPMSQ >= 3 points); 2. Taking anti anxiety or depression drugs; 3. Participating in other psychological interventions; 4. Suffering from serious mental illness.
