Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. For patients with abdominal sepsis, the treatment plan conforms to the guidelines of "Save Sepsis Campaign" (SSC); 2. Aged >= 18 years old; 3. ICU stay >= 24 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with COPD, pulmonary infection, pulmonary tuberculosis, lung tumor and other lung diseases, renal dysfunction, severe heart and liver insufficiency (chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis), etc.; 2. Combined with severe immune system defects and blood system diseases, affecting platelet function and number; 3. Patients who have used aspirin, clopidogrel and other drugs affecting platelet quantity and function or transfusion of platelet and albumin within 2 weeks before the diagnosis of sepsis; 4. ARDS had occurred when sepsis was diagnosed; 5. Malignant tumor patients, pregnant women and lactating women; 6. Patients with unclear diagnosis and incomplete clinical data.
