Interventions

group A:1% ropivacaine 2mL + dexamethasone 10mg, spraying 2mL above glottis, spraying 2mL below glottis
group B:1% ropivacaine 2mL + 0.9% normal saline 2mL, spraying 2mL above glottis, spraying 2mL below glottis
group C:1% ropivacaine 2mL + 2% lidocaine 2mL, spraying 2mL above glottis, spraying 2mL below glottis
group D:The glottis was moistened with an equal amount of saline

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Signing an informed consent form; 2. Aged 18-75 years; 3. ASA Grade I ~ III; 4. Patients scheduled for elective lumbar spine surgery in prone position; 5. The operation time was more than 2 hours and less than 6 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiovascular, liver, kidney and other diseases; 2. Emergency surgery; 3. The patient had difficult airway or had a previous history of laryngopharyngeal surgery; 4. The patient had a history of chronic lung diseases such as bronchitis and COPD.
