Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Older adults aged 50 - 85 years at baseline are ambulant and could walk to community centers between 1 August 2021 to 30 December 2021; 2. Older adults are screened as cognitive decline including probable subjective cognitive decline (the answer needed to be yes to the question "Do you have problem in memory?") or mild cognitive impairment (the scores of the Montreal Cognitive Assessment < 26 for those with years of education 12 years and over and < 25 for those with years of education less than 12 years); 3. The current PA is not up to WHO guidelines (at least 150-300 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic PA; or at least 75-150 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic PA; or an equivalent combination of moderate and vigorous intensity activity throughout one week); 4. Older adults are physical normally (the six-item Katz Activity of Daily Living Scale should be all evaluated as independent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Older adults have been diagnosed with depression; 2. oOder adults have potential unsafety factors to do PA (answer Yes in any item of the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaires).
