Interventions

Nicorandil group:Before PCI, a single oral dose of nicorandil 20mg and a long-term oral dose of nicorandil 5mg were given three times a day
control group:Routine oral loading dose of aspirin 300mg, clopidogrel 600mg or tigritol 180mg before PCI

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. New onset chest pain within 12 hours (acute myocardial infarction with cardiogenic shock within 18 hours), chest pain lasting for more than 30 minutes; 2. ECG findings: (1) ST segment arcuate back elevation newly appeared after J point of at least two adjacent leads [V2-V3 leads >= 0.25 mV (male aged = 0.2 mV (male aged >= 40 years) or >= 0.15 mV (female), other adjacent chest leads or limb leads >= 0.1 mV] with or without pathological Q wave and R wave reduction; (2) New complete left bundle branch block; (3) T wave changes in hyperacute phase; 3. With or without elevated troponin I.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe vascular stenosis who cannot undergo PCI or need emergency bypass; 2. Those who received thrombolytic therapy before hospital; 3. Those who died within 24 hours after admission.
