Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for patients with liver cancer: 1. Aged 18-80 years; 2. Hematologically, imaging, cytologically or pathologically confirmed hepatocellular carcinoma, including hepatocellular carcinoma, cholangiocarcinoma, hepatoblastoma, etc.; 3. No blood in the stool at the time of collection; 4. Patients with other (widely recognized) diseases related to intestinal microorganisms, such as autism, immunodeficiency, etc., need to be excluded, and if the target patients have other complications, they need to be documented in detail; 5. Expected survival >= 60 days; 6. Those who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as inpatients or outpatients; 7. Patients' consent and signed informed consent form are required for enrolled cases. Inclusion criteria for healthy individuals: 1. Past history: no gastrointestinal discomfort in the past 2 weeks, no use of antibiotics, acid suppressants, immunosuppressants, chemotherapeutic agents, history of blood transfusion, etc. in the past 3 months, no chronic pain symptoms, no history of gastrointestinal surgery, no history of infectious diseases and contact with infectious diseases, no history of allergic diseases, autoimmune diseases, metabolic diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, neurological or psychiatric diseases, no history of malignant tumors, no intravenous injections of growth hormone, insulin, coagulation factors, etc.; 2. Personal history: regular work and rest, healthy diet, family harmony, no unhealthy intercourse, no smoking, drinking, drug addiction, no drug addiction, no vaccination or participation in drug trials in the last 6 months, no tattooing or skin breakage in the last 6 months, no history of tropical sojourn in the last 6 months; 3. Family history: no family history of gastrointestinal pathology, no family history of malignancy, no family history of infectious disease; 4. Other: non-pregnancy, non-menstruation, non-lactation; 5. Consent from the patient and signed informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for patients with liver cancer: 1. Patients with evidence of bacterial infection within half a month prior to specimen collection; 2. Pregnant and lactating women; 3. Patients with viral infections such as EBV and cytomegalovirus confirmed by serum immunological tests; 4. Intravenous drug addicts, human immunodeficiency virus positive; 5. Patients with underlying diseases such as combined heart, brain, kidney, lung or other immune dysfunctional diseases. Exclusion criteria for healthy individuals: 1. Those who have taken probiotics, antibiotics, laxatives or antidiarrheal drugs, acid suppressants, immunosuppressants, chemotherapy drugs in the last 3 months; 2. Those who have combined major diseases such as cardiovascular, pulmonary, renal, liver, etc.; 3. Those who have a history of intestinal surgery, severe organ failure, special infections.
