Gold Standard:Upper gastrointestinal rebleeding: patients present with hematemesis, melena, or blood in the stool
systolic blood pressure decrease > 20 mmHg or heart rate increase > 20 beats/min
hemoglobin decrease > 30 g/L in the absence of blood transfusion.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In line with the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B (2019) issued by the Chinese Society of Infection and Hepatologyversion diagnostic criteria for hepatitis B cirrhosis; 2. There are symptoms of hematemesis, melena, and peripheral circulatory failure (or upper gastrointestinal tract bleeding diagnosed by electronic gastroscopy); 3. The red blood cell count, hemoglobin, and hematocrit in laboratory indicators decreased progressively; 4. Aged > 18 years; 5. The patient or family members signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is a history of bleeding disorders in the past; 2. Are receiving anticoagulant therapy or the time to stop anticoagulant drugs is insufficient; 3. Pregnancy status; 4. Have a history of narcotic drug abuse, drug abuse, or a history of mental illness; 5. Those with incomplete clinical data.
