Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years; 2. More than 1 year of working experience; 3. Have literacy ability and consent to participate in this study; 4. Without serious physical diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unable to finish the intervene and follow up due to illness.
