Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with elective total knee arthroplasty, regardless of gender, aged 65-90 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindication of nerve block; 2. History of local anesthetic allergy; 3. Long-term use of analgesic drugs; 4. Unable to understand the pain score, unable to cooperate to complete the assessment; 5. Participate in other tests
