Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. HIV-infected persons aged > 18 years; 2. People who are using ART antiviral therapy or are about to start the ART program for antiviral therapy; 3. No genotypic evidence of viral resistance; 4. Voluntarily sign the patient's informed consent, and can ensure regular follow-up and specimen collection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who are breastfeeding or planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding; 2. Creatinine clearance 5 times ULN, or ALT > 3 times ULN and bilirubin > 1.5 times ULN); 4. Combined with opportunistic infections or tumors.
