Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign the informed consent form; 2. Elective cardiopulmonary bypass heart surgery, including heart valve replacement and coronary artery bypass grafting; 3. Aged 18-75 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery; 2. Previous cardiac surgery; 3. Infection status or long-term use of anti-inflammatory drugs; 4. Sick sinus syndrome or atrioventricular block; 5. Patients allergic to dexmedetomidine.
