18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 18 years; 2. Patients with heart valve disease who are scheduled to undergo surgery on alternate days; 3. Patients and their families agreed to participate in this study voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of mental disorders or have used antidepressants, anticonvulsants and neuroleptics in the past 48 hours; 2. Alcoholics; 3. Patients with Alzheimer's disease or mild cognitive impairment; 4. There are contraindications to PSG, including craniocerebral and neck trauma, infection or recent surgery; 5. The effective recording time of PSG monitoring is less than 6 hours due to various reasons, such as wire shedding.
