Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The standard of "no disease" in TCM for primary liver cancer: Based on the previous diagnosis of primary liver cancer, with reference to stratified Screening and Monitoring Guidelines for Primary Liver Cancer (2020 Edition) and TCM Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Tumor, and combined with the preliminary research of the project team, the "disease-free" criteria for primary liver cancer should be formulated, which should include the following low-risk and medium-risk groups of liver cancer: 1. HBV infection in immune tolerance stage; 2. Antiviral therapy achieves sustained virologic response (SVR) for HBV or HCV-related chronic hepatitis; 3. Normal non-viral liver disease with ALT and platelets; 4. Male, aged 40 years; Female, aged > 50 years; HBV/ HCV-associated chronic hepatitis without antiviral treatment; 4. HBV or HCV-related nodules of cirrhosis ( < 1cm); 6. Co-risk factors such as diabetes mellitus or family history of liver cancer in first-degree relatives are associated with HBV or HCV-related cirrhosis who have not received antiviral therapy or LLV after treatment. The standard of "already sick" in TCM for primary liver cancer: Based on the previous diagnosis of primary liver cancer, with reference to the Guidelines for Hierarchical Screening and Monitoring of Primary Liver Cancer (2020 Edition) and The Guidelines for TCM Diagnosis and Treatment of Tumor, and combined with the preliminary research of the project team, the "already sick" criteria for primary liver cancer should be formulated, which should include: 1. Preoperative laboratory and imaging examination was considered as hepatocellular carcinoma; 2. Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) was diagnosed by histopathology.
