18 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chinese, aged 18–25 years; 2. Idividuals that are sedentary (any waking behaviors characterized by an energy expenditure <= 1.5 METs, while in a sitting, reclining, or lying posture. Objective measurement of physical activity will be used to make sure the participants are sedentary.); 3. No exercise contraindications; 4. No history of diseases or other problems related to executive function.
