Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with first-episode stroke, and the course of disease is < 6 months; 2. The diagnosis was in accordance with the diagnostic criteria for cerebrovascular disease established by the Fourth National Academic Conference on Cerebrovascular Disease and the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Disease (2007), and the diagnosis was confirmed by head CT or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI); 3. Patients and their families are willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cognitive impairment, disturbance of consciousness, language dysfunction preventing evaluation; 2. Severe organ dysfunction; 3. Cerebrovascular diseases other than stroke.
