Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of Parkinson's disease; 2. Aged 40-75 years; 3. Ashworth scale score of lower limb rigidity is grade 1.5 or above; 4. No acupuncture treatment was received within 3 months before enrollment; 5. The anti PD drug regimen was not adjusted within 1 months before enrollment; 6. According to Hoehn Yahr classification, the severity of the disease is 1 ~ 3, that is, patients with early and middle stage of Parkinson's disease; 7. Be aware, sign the informed consent form, agree to accept the treatment method and course of this study, and be willing to cooperate to fill in the scoring scale.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied by significant fluctuations in Parkinson's motor symptoms or motor complications; 2. UPDRS Part 4 score greater than or equal to 1 point; 3. Patients who are unable to regularly take anti Parkinson's drugs; 4.Combined organic diseases of lower limb joints; 5. Combined diseases that seriously affect motor function such as gout; 6.Patients with severe complications, senile psychosis, epilepsy, serious organ diseases such as heart, lung, liver and kidney, endocrine and metabolic diseases and malignant tumors; 7. Subjects participating in other clinical trials at the same time.
