Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years; 2. Atrial flutter associated with residual conduction gap after linear ablation, including: (1) Atrial flutter occurred during initial linear ablation (left atrial roofline and/or mitral isthmus line and/or cavotricuspid isthmus line), considering that atrial flutter is associated to incomplete line of block; (2) Recurrent atrial flutter after previous linear ablation (left atrial roofline and/or mitral isthmus line and/or cavotricuspid isthmus line); 3. Able to be followed up as required.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Atrial flutter after cardiac surgery, considering that atrial flutter is associated with surgical scar; 2. Atrial flutter associated with epicardial bridging; 3. Atrial flutter associated with superior vena cava, pulmonary veins, etc.; 4. Atrial flutter instability or entrainment leads to transformation.
