Case series:Identify facial expressions

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case group: 1. Aged > 18 years; 2. Right handed; 3. Normal intelligence; 4. Normal vision or corrected vision; 5. Meet DSM-V diagnostic criteria for severe depression disorder, Hamilton depression scale (24 items) score > 35. Normal control: 1. Aged > 18 years; 2. Right handed; 3. Normal intelligence; 4. Normal vision or corrected vision; 5. Depression and anxiety status were excluded by depression self-assessment scale (sds) and anxiety self-assessment scale (sas) assessment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Case group: 1. Illiteracy; 2. Neurological and other mental disorders; 3. Severe physical illness; 4. Drug and (or) alcohol dependence. Control group is the same as case group.
