40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Anesthesia time > 2h; 2. Aged 40-80 years; 3. ASA grade II or III; 4. Liver and kidney function and biochemical indexes were not abnormal, and there was no history of myocardial infarction or cerebrovascular accident; 5. Patients with a history of hypertension were given regular oral antihypertensive drugs before surgery and their blood pressure was well controlled; 6. Written consent of the patient and his/her family to participate in the test; 7. laparoscopic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of anaesthesia related allergy; 2. patients who refuse to cooperate or have related mental diseases; 3. Preoperative use of other drugs affecting hemodynamics except antihypertensive drugs; 4. Difficult airway, Mallampati airway grade ? or above, intubation time more than 30 seconds, intubation times more than 1 time.
