Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ARDS patients meeting the Berlin definition; 2. The course of the disease does not exceed one week; 3. Healthy adults aged >= 18 years in the healthy control group and matched by age, gender and proportion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with dyspnea of cardiac origin or volume overload.
