Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; 2.Meet the diagnostic criteria of osteoarthritis stipulated by the classification standard of American rheumatic association (ACR) in 1995; meet the standard for differentiation of symptoms and signs of "liver and kidney deficiency" bone arthralgia syndrome in traditional Chinese Medicine in Diagnosis and treatment guide for osteoarthritis (2018 Edition) and Chen Weiheng Guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of knee osteoarthritis in traditional Chinese medicine (2020 Edition); 3.KL level 6.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal liver and kidney function; 2. Pregnant or lactating women, psychopaths; 3. Patients with serious diseases such as heart, liver, brain, kidney and hematopoietic system; 4. Severe overlapping rheumatoid arthritis; 5. Late stage patients, severe joint deformity; 6. Those who received other investigational drugs 3 months before screening; 7. Unable or unwilling to comply with test requirements; 8. All subjects considered unsuitable by the investigator for this study.
