18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Ataxia symptoms; 3. Family history, confirmed as SCA by genetic testing; 4. Signed informed consent; 5. SARA score greater than 3 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with metal foreign bodies in the skull, those with brain tumors, brain trauma, or brain surgery; 2. Those with cardiac pacemakers, cardiac stents, or cochlear implants; 3. History of epilepsy or EEG Abnormalities; 4. Critically ill patients with unstable vital signs and those who do not cooperate; 5. Severe nervous system diseases; 6. Patients taking drugs that affect metabolism.
