Interventions

Test group:Start low tidal volume ventilation with 6mL/kg
control group:Start conventional tidal volume ventilation with 10mL/kg

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I ~ III; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. The estimated operation time is more than 120 min; 4. Sinus rhythm; 5. BMI is 18-30 kg/m2;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient refused to participate in the study and did not sign the informed consent form; 2. Serious lung diseases, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pleural effusion, asthma, pneumothorax, previous chest surgery history, such as lobectomy; 3. Serious arrhythmia, cardiovascular disease, liver and kidney dysfunction, etc; 4. Patients whose skin or chest diseases make transthoracic echocardiography infeasible; 5. Patients with previous history of gastro colorectal surgery, cardiac surgery or chemotherapy for gastro colorectal cancer; 6. Preoperative oxygen saturation <= 90%.
