20 Years to 35 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the inclusion criteria of irritability and anxiety state; 2. For both men and women, Aged 20-35 years; 3. Right-handedness; 4. Life, work, emotional events that cause irritability and anxiety state and lasting >= 3 months; 5. Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) < 60 points, self-rating depression scale (SDS) < 60 points, no history of mental disorders, no major physical disorders. 6. No contraindications for FMRI testing, such as no metal implants in the body, no claustrophobia, no involuntary movement, etc.; 7. No acupuncture and fear of acupuncture; 8. No acupuncture history in the week before the experiment, and female volunteers avoid menstruation; 9. Sign the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, lung, kidney or hematopoietic system; 2. Other unwilling collaborators.
