Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with clinically diagnosed right colon cancer; 2. Aged 18-90 years, gender unlimited; 3. 3D-CT angiography was performed in high-risk population with lymph node metastasis adjacent to SMA; 4. Those who know and agree.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of abdominal surgery; 2. Preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy or other anti-tumor treatment; 3. Distant metastasis of tumor; 4. Emergency surgery due to obstruction, bleeding or perforation; 5. Patients failed to meet the requirements of radical tumor resection due to intraoperative reasons.
