Experimental group of krill oil:Take 1g capsules of krill oil daily for 12 weeks
Placebo group of corn oil:Take 1g capsules of corn oil daily for 12 weeks

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 30 - 45 years, regardless of gender; 2. Diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus with HbA1c of 6.0-7.5%. Untreated with hypoglycemic drugs in the past 3 months, and has no intention to add hypoglycemic drugs at present; 3. Body mass index (BMI) >= 28 kg/m2, or waist circumference greater than 90 cm for men and 85 cm for women.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of chronic renal insufficiency, glomerular filtration rate 2 times of the normal upper limit; 3. Organ failure (heart failure, respiratory failure, etc.), history of malignant tumor, acute and chronic infectious diseases; 4. 40 grams of alcohol per day for men and 24 grams per day for women; 5. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials; 6. Pregnant or lactating women.
