60 Years to 89 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The fracture site is located at the upper lumbar spine (L1-L3); 2. X-ray showed the pedicle width of the injured vertebra = 60 years; 4. No symptoms of spinal cord compression or neurological impairment; 5. No obvious lumbar disc herniation or lumbar spinal stenosis; 6. Bone mineral density T value = 5; 10. Follow-up time >= 6 months, clinical data and imaging data were complete.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The number of fractured vertebrae >= 2; 2. Severe compression fractures with Cobb Angle > 40°; 3. Vertebral pedicle fracture can not be accurately measured; 4. Pathological fracture, burst fracture and old vertebral fracture; 5. Allergic history of acrylic acid and bisphosphonic acid drugs; 6. Severe heart, liver, kidney or lung diseases cannot tolerate PKP; 7. Infected persons on the whole body or at the puncture site; 8. People with coagulation disorder; 9. People with cognitive or physical dysfunction.
