18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the 2016 ESC HFpEF diagnostic criteria; 2. Aged 18-85 years; 3. Can cooperate to complete the follow-up; 4. Signed written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe autoimmune diseases or malignant tumors; 2. Severe valve stenosis or incomplete closure; 3. Patients' life expectancy = 3 times normal value; 5. Patients with severe renal dysfunction at admission, specifically defined as Scr >= 707 mmol/L or requiring dialysis; 6. Patients with severe pulmonary dysfunction, and patients with type I or II respiratory failure that cannot be corrected; 7. Patients with a history of surgery, trauma or acute or chronic infection within 1 month before admission; 8. Women who are pregnant at the time of admission or are planning to become pregnant within 6 months; 9. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials (except other subjects of the program) and have not reached the primary study endpoint time limit; 10. Patients are not suitable to participate in this study for other reasons; 11. Patients with poor compliance and unable to complete the study as required.
